Individuals and employers may want phone consulting to identify solutions to a specific problem. Phone consultations are available by appointment. These typically last up to 30 minutes and there is a reasonable fee for individual consulting.

How to Request the Communication Assessment Report Service
The process is simple. Print out our Communication Assessment Profile (CAP) for your client to fill in and fax it to us with their audiological report, type of hearing aids and your case notes. We will prepare a comprehensive 5 page report for case management and documentation.

We perform hundreds of communication assessments every year and prepare these reports that identify communication issues and potential solutions using technology and communication strategies. There is a fee for the reporting service. Please call for current rate.
